A picture says more than a 1000 words..

Skype is great and I have been using it for years with almost no complaints at all.
However for those of you that conduct Skype video-calls that resolution seems to need some improvement. Now you can do this yourself!
Jaanus Kase has posted on the a "hack" on the Skype developer forum that will let you change your resolution to 640x480.
